To request a return you will need your email and order number to process this request. All exchangesa are subject to availability.
Please note that for cosmetic bundles, we cannot take returns on single items.
Please note: we only offer cosmetic refunds if product packaging is unopened, the product is unused, the packaging is in a re-sellable condition.
Hair extensions returns can only be accepted if the product remains unopened outside of the tester on the front of the package. Once main contents of the hair extension package has been opened it is final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
All refund requests must be made within 14 days of order. This is for hygiene reasons. We have a 14 day refund policy; from the day the item is ordered, you will have 14 days to request a return.
Any items that are not returned as new as per the above guidelines, we won't be able to refund your product.
If you have requested a refund on an order which includes a promotional discount, you will be refunded the amount that has been paid. Refunds will be paid into the account that was used on the original order.
Card refunds can take between 5 - 10 days to show into your account.
